I have seen a lot of websites that sharing useless tips.
Just forget about all those tips. Its very easy to get your adsense approval if you follow some important points.
Domain Age
Sufficiant Contents
Most of the adsense applications will get disapproved for insufficiant contents. The number of total posts must be atleast 20 posts. So post some quality articles with image. Contents must be in english. Adsense will reject your application unless your blog content is on one of the supported languages of adsense. Don't post any pornographic / sexual contents or images in your website. Because Google does not allow AdSense Ads to be placed in sites that contain adult content. Dont post illegal contents like hacking. Hacking related and illegal content is a big No-No for Google AdSense.
Website Design
Your web design must be simple, attractive and clean. There are lot of website templates available in google. magazine type templates is my suggestion. Take good template design and remove all copyrights links.
Website Traffic
50,000 total page views
promote your website in Social Networking Sites like facebook, twitter. it is very easy to get 50,000 page views. Dont get paid page views.

I have lot of experience in adsense. in 2014 hardly i tried to get my first adsense account. I just created my first website Www.CinemaGalatta.in in 2014. but unfortunatly i didnt get approval. my application rejected due to insufficiant contents. I resubmitted my applications many times but my application disapproved again and again for the same reason even after added more than 50 posts in my website. finally i failed to get approval in adsense. then i deleted my website posts and everything. almost 4 months i didnt post even single post in my website. i didnt promote my website anymore. then recently (Jan 2014) i just posted around 5 posts and changed my web design. and resubmitted my application after four months. but this time my application approved. i just shocked. my website have 30k total page views till now. still i didnt complete my web design. some websites sharing useless tips like website must have provacy and about us page etc etc. but i website got approved without these things. the important thing is domain age, clean web design, website traffic, contents thats all. vvery simple to get adsense approval. dont get confused. buy domain and use blogger for hosting. use some clean web design. for example look at my website design. post 20 good & legal articles. your website must be a gud one. dont create tricks & tips website. then just copy paste some articles from websites which doesnt show adsense ads. promote your website and earn 40 - 50k page views. Then submit your application after 3 - 6months. you will get your approval in first attempt itself. all the best !
